A one time cleaning charge of $50 will be applied to your total.
A refundable $200 reservation/damage deposit is required to obtain a reservation.
All payments are required in advance. We must receive your deposit in order to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Your balance is due not later than two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. (See Methods of Payment below)

Ask us about paying via electronic bank transfer. Many banks now offer this service free of charge.
1.Pay your $200 deposit right here. You will receive a confirmation of your payment via email. (Confirmations are subject to availability of dates.)
2.Pay your balance due here. The payment amount must be the previously-agreed balance, due not less than two weeks prior to check-in.
3.Pay via invoice. We can email you an electronic invoice with the exact amount due, and PayPal will process your payment to us.
